I took this photo in a church yard in Arizona. I was so struck by the faith of the people who attached their prayers and hopes to these crosses, and then lifted them to the cross of Christ.

I love it when people show their faith, like in your lovely photo. In Tucson, Arizona, at the San Xavier Mission, people pin photos of loved ones and prayer requests to the statue of St. Francis Xavier (that is in a kind of coffin-like setting). It is very inspiring! Susan

Such a striking image of faith! We had the opportunity several years ago to perform in Hong Kong, and while sightseeing we visited a Buddhist temple where people wrote their prayers on slips of paper and tied them to the “wishing tree.” Praise God that as born-again Christians we don’t have to wish for a good outcome, but we can lay our burdens at His cross, knowing that He will answer our prayers with exactly what we need.
