When something bad does happen I try to always bring to mind this verse. It helps to ease the pain of what is going on to know that the Lord will use it some how!

It is amazing to look back on the toughest times in life and see how much we gained in ways that are much more valuable than could ever be measured by a number… and yet we still tend to dread the tough times in our flesh. Lord help us. Literally!
Praise God that He works all things together for the good of His children — even the storms! Without them, how would we know of His miraculous deliverance? May you have a blessed week in Him!

I am late to this party, but can I just say…..AMEN!!! I had a particular situation in my life that I was trying to accept blame for and I held onto it for years. I was not going to let that sucker go and was determined to let it make me miserable. LOL, WHY do I do that?! Anyway, I finally left it at the cross and the joy and freedom that comes with that is as amazing as ever. So very grateful.
